The breakfast at Hotel Balarés has been recognized at Madrid Fusión 2026 as the Best Boutique Hotel Breakfast in Spain, an award that highlights a way of understanding the first meal of the day as a gastronomic experience in itself.
Served in an environment open to the landscape of the Costa da Morte, breakfast reflects the same philosophy that defines our entire proposal: local product, seasonality and absolute respect for the territory.
Each proposal combines careful preparations with local ingredients, sourced from small producers in Galicia, in a selection that changes with the rhythm of the seasons and the availability of the environment.
More than just breakfast, it's a moment of calm overlooking the Atlantic, where the quality of the product, the simplicity of the preparation and the beauty of the place come together to offer a memorable start to the day at Hotel Balarés.
You don't need to be a guest to enjoy our cuisine. Children must remain in the restaurant area at all times, respecting the peace and quiet of hotel guests. Playing ball, running, and using scooters are prohibited in the garden. We don't have a children's menu, but our regular menu offers options suitable for all ages.
We would appreciate it if you could inform us of any food allergies or intolerances when making your reservation so that we can adjust the menu accordingly.
