Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The expiration date CANNOT BE EXTENDED under any circumstances.
The vouchers are not valid at certain times of the year (specified on each voucher)
Accommodation vouchers include a standard apartment; room type cannot be selected. Rooms are assigned based on availability and length of stay, and this assignment may be changed at any time due to hotel needs.
Reservations using gift vouchers are handled solely and exclusively via telephone or email; vouchers are not applicable to reservations made through the website or external operators.
Accommodation availability through the website may not match availability for gift vouchers.
